Henna Essential Oil is extracted from the Henna that is famous for Henna dye.  Cyprinum is the name of the oil made from henna flowers. The scent of the henna flower was thought to bring the dead back to life and was used on the skin to keep it soft and supple. Black Henna is usually a blend of indigo and henna.

Henna Leaf Absolute is a very thick green paste presenting a deep green herbaceous, tea-like bouquet with a delicate sweet licorice note deep. Henna Leaf Absolute is now mostly used for perfumes

HISTORY OF USE

Traditionally used as a red dye in Egypt and in the Middle East for the hair and skin, also to dye the nails and hair of mummies. Henna fruits in Egypt are used to stimulate menstrual function. In powdered form, the leaves have been used both internally and externally to treat various skin diseases.
